“When I arrived at the school the first day, I came with many ideas in my head. I had heard many opinions from different people, some positives, and many negatives, not about the school, but about the programs. One of my friends was telling me: you are Crazy when you graduate you are not going to get a job, you will have a huge debt, and all their promises are just to steal your money. Ignoring these negative opinions, I continued my journey without looking back. I just wanted to follow my dream. I wanted a better future, I wanted a better job in an area of my interest. Step by step I was getting to know the staff of the school, and I understood the high academic level of the professors, they are all very knowledgeable and dedicated, and they put a lot of time preparing their classes. In the first two months, I was convinced that I did not make a mistake and that I was in the right place to achieve my goal. Each class and each subject called my attention more and more and allowed me to learn everything I needed. When the months passed and I realized that my time in school expired I felt very sad because I did not want to leave. The school helped me to accommodate my externship hours around my busy schedule. Today, for more than a month, I am working as a Medical Assistant in a doctor office, in which I performed EKG, Phlebotomy, Data entry, Vital signs etc. It is a great opportunity to put into practice the good knowledge I acquired in School and they are happy with my work telling me that I am a good worker.”
My doctor is satisfied with my work and my patients respect and trust me.
